At Winners Publication, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all fashion tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Winners Publication account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
